These terms apply when you buy marketing services from Found First Marketing Ltd ("Found First", "we", "us"). By buying, you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, email [business email] before you start.

We run online marketing for businesses. Depending on your plan, that can include:
- Google Maps, local SEO and Google Business Profile management
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google ad campaigns
- Social media management, including writing, designing and posting your content
- Website design and build
- AI automations, such as instant replies, text and email follow-up, and booking
What is included in your plan is what we agree with you in writing after your free visibility check.
Your plan and price
Every plan is custom, so there are no prices on this site. After your free visibility check we send you a plan with one clear monthly price, plus a quote for any one-off work, such as a website build, before it starts.
Prices are in pounds sterling. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added. If that changes, we will tell you before it affects your price. You can pay by card through Stripe or by direct debit. Monthly plans are charged when you start and then automatically each month until your plan ends.
Ad spend is separate
Our fee pays for our work. The money you spend on ads is separate and is paid by you, directly to Meta or Google, from your own ad account. We do not mark it up and we do not take a cut of it. You keep control of the account and can see exactly what has been spent at any time.
Contract and cancelling
Every plan has a minimum term of 2 months, then rolls on month to month. No long contract after that.
To cancel, give us 30 days' notice by emailing [business email]. You can give notice any time after your first 30 days, so the earliest a plan can end is after 2 months. Your plan ends when the notice period runs out, and nothing further is charged after that. We will pause your campaigns and scheduled posts on that date.
Our guarantee
We guarantee to get you found, get you leads, and get you on the first page of Google within 90 days. Most of the time we get you into the top three.
The 90 days start when your plan starts. The searches it covers are the main ones we agree with you at the start, in your local area.
If you're not on the first page by day 90, we keep working for free until you are. You stop paying our monthly fee from that point and only start again once we hit it. Ad spend is separate and is still paid by you to Meta or Google.
What we need from you
We can only do our job if you do yours. That means: replying to leads promptly, giving us access to the accounts and assets we need, having the capacity to take on the work the campaigns bring in, and coming back to us with feedback on lead quality. If we cannot get what we need from you, we may not be able to deliver, and the guarantee above cannot apply.
If we post content for you, tell us straight away if anything in it is wrong, such as a price, an offer or opening hours, and we will fix it.
Other results
Apart from our guarantee above, the figures shown on our pages are real results from real client campaigns. They are not a promise of what you will get. Marketing results depend on your area, your offer, your budget, your capacity, how quickly you follow leads up, and factors outside anyone's control.
Who owns what
You own your ad accounts, your Google Business Profile, your social media accounts, your domain, your website and your customer data, and you keep them if you leave. Ad creative, posts and copy we produce for you are yours to keep using for your own business. Our own systems, templates, automations and processes remain ours.
If we built your website, it is yours. If you leave, you keep the site.
Confidentiality
We will not share your figures, your account data or anything else you tell us with anyone else, other than the providers listed in our privacy policy who need it to deliver the service. If we want to use your results as an example, anonymised or named, we will ask you first.
Liability
We are not liable for any loss of profit, business or revenue arising from our services, or for anything outside our reasonable control, including a platform suspending an account or changing its rules. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights.
Complaints and law
If something has gone wrong, email [business email] and we will sort it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
